Melissa Estevez Melissa oversees global talent acquisition at PowerSchool, a leading provider of K-12 education application technology (an EdTech SaaS company), serving over 50 million students in over 90 countries. She collaborates with colleagues worldwide, bringing her passion for education, technology, mentorship, and international experience to the People Experience organization. Earlier in her career, Melissa was an Executive Search consultant in Europe and the U.S. with two leading global firms, Signium International and Heidrick & Struggles. Melissa has successfully led over 100 global C-level and executive searches, placing top candidates in various organizations, from international nonprofits to Fortune 1000 firms. Her placements have included CEOs, CMOs, CHROs, CFOs, COOs, Presidents, Managing Directors, and senior executives. She is a member of the Washington DC Chapter of IERG. Wendy Richards SHRM-SCP Wendy is currently the Chief People Officer for the Urban Land Institute, a global nonprofit and member-driven organization with an important mission for our times. She has built her career on delivering transformation initiatives and strategy resets at organizational and functional levels. Wendy has a distinctively global career, working in various leading international organizations across multiple sectors. These include ULI, the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (the British Embassy), Baker McKenzie, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Wendy’s experience spans the US, Canada, Latin America, the UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. She is a member of the Washington DC Chapter of IERG. Moderated by Walter U.
