Lawrence has led 3 market-entry start-ups in the Asia Pacific Region: Supply Chain Director for Tools of Vidal Sassoon, set up Hershey’s China WFOE Subsidiary, and became the first Managing Director Asia Pacific for Libbey Glassware. For the past 15 years, he has been recruiting for top firms, including Heidrick & Struggles, where he was their Beijing office Partner-in-Charge.

A first-hand account from the front lines of the 30-year global chocolate industry’s battle for the emerging chocolate market in China.
Lawrence is a graduate of the Thunderbird School of Global Management where he earned his MBA. He has written 2 articles and 2 peer reviews for the TIBR: Thunderbird International Business Review. He earned his BBA at Oakland University in Rochester Michigan.
