No Refund Policy

All member contributions to IERG are non-refundable. As a nonprofit organization, member contributions are used to support ongoing programs, services, and operational expenses that advance our mission and benefit our members.

Once payment is processed, contributions cannot be refunded, transferred, or credited, regardless of participation, resignation, cancellation, or non-attendance.

All event contributions and program registrations are also non-refundable and non-transferable. Contributions collected are immediately allocated to support organizational operations, programming, and member services.

Refunds will not be issued for unused memberships, missed events, schedule changes, or personal circumstances. Exceptions may be made only in cases of administrative error and at the sole discretion of IERG.

By submitting payment of the contribution, members agree to this policy.
