What is IERG - CAP?
It’s the IERG Career Acceleration Program dedicated to providing all interested IERG members with the guidance, insights and key steps that support continuous career advancement.
Why join CAP?
- Career acceleration is an ongoing process; it is not a one-off ‘only-when-I’m-in-transition’ activity.
- It requires dedication and focus to move forward, grow skills, gain broader experience, and build and maintain a strong, active network.
- The IERG CAP encourages the participation of any interested members, regardless of job status.
Here’s the CAP program schedule:
- Meetings will take place every two weeks on Thursdays.
- The program starts September 22 and runs through November 17th
- Time: 6 PM Eastern / 5 PM Central
