John is a veteran of Latin America market consulting and one of the leading public speakers and thought leaders in the region. Since 1993, John’s consulting teams have conducted over 4,000 client engagements across every market in the LAC region.  His firm, AMI combines regional expertise with deep knowledge of key sectors: payments, logistics, energy, mining, consumer services, education, industrial goods, healthcare, and insurance. 

John writes prolifically and maintains a column in Latin Trade. In 2007, John Price co-wrote and co-edited “Can Latin America Compete?”, which was published by Palgrave. He has published over 100 articles on Latin American business. John teaches as an adjunct professor at Florida International University and guest lectures at UM.  

John and his family are active supporters of two important Latin American charities, Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos, a LatAm orphanage network, and TECHO, a novel initiative to build simple but solid homes in Latin American slums that transform lives.
