Diego Cubas, Chairman Latin America | Global Partner Cornerstone Group

Diego Cubas is the President for Latin America at Cornerstone and serves as CEO & Managing Partner of Cornerstone Peru, as well as President of Cornerstone Miami, Ecuador, and Bolivia. He is also a Partner and Director at Cornerstone Mexico and Panama. With 18 years of experience in Executive Search across Peru and over 20 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, he is a member of the Global Board of Directors of Cornerstone International Group and part of the firm’s Global CxO Search Committee covering 40 countries. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Lima, an MBA from Universidad del Pacífico, and has completed the CEO Management Program at Kellogg and the CEOs and Board Members Program at IESE New York.

Kenneth A. Finneran is a global HR and talent executive, thought leader, and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience driving strategic human resources initiatives across multinational organizations. He currently serves as CHRO of eMed, a leading digital health innovator in GLP-1 program management for obesity, diabetes, and population health. Prior to eMed, he led hyper-growth HR strategies at Kaseya and National Beverage Corp. (Nasdaq: FIZZ), contributing to 400%+ growth at both companies. With over a decade of international experience and multiple entrepreneurial ventures, he brings intercultural fluency and business acumen to diverse leadership roles. A recognized voice in strategic talent, global leadership, AI, and the future of work, he is also a frequent speaker and civic leader. Kenneth serves on several boards and committees, including the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, Miami Tech Talent Coalition, St. Thomas University, and the Casimiro Global Foundation.

Rodolfo Artiles is the Managing Director of Cornerstone International Group in Miami, where he leads executive search and leadership consulting for Miami and the Hispanic markets in the USA. With over 34 years of experience spanning multinational corporations and consulting across the U.S., Latin America, and Africa, he has worked in more than 30 markets. His sector expertise includes consumer goods, appliances, health & wellness, and extends to industries such as retail, pharmaceuticals, and pet care. He held senior leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, The Clorox Company, and Whirlpool, overseeing multi-country operations and P&Ls of up to $300 million. Before Cornerstone, he founded Business Management Allied (BMA), a consultancy focused on strategy and execution. He holds a B.S. from Universidad del Valle de Guatemala and an M.S. from Auburn University.
