About the Speaker: David Ragland

David Ragland is an accomplished leader, academic, and author with over 35 years of international management experience in Latin America, Europe, and North America. As a partner at FuturePoint Digital, he focuses on integrating artificial intelligence (AI) to drive innovation and organizational transformation.

He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from IE University in Spain, a Master of Science in Information and Telecommunications Systems from Johns Hopkins University, and a certificate in Artificial Intelligence and Business Strategy from MIT. David has authored “The Multiplier Effect: AI and Organizational Dynamics” and “Classical Wisdom for Modern Leaders: Emotional Intelligence and AI”, providing valuable insights into modern organizational challenges.

Fluent in English and Spanish, he has taught leadership and strategy at the graduate level, dedicated to empowering organizations through AI-driven solutions.

About the Moderator: Kevin Green

Kevin is a seasoned former U.S. Navy flag officer and corporate executive. Currently, he serves as a Vistage Chair, helping CEOs and business leaders improve their leadership skills. His expertise includes national security strategy, IT strategy, cybersecurity, and business development, and he provides insights to companies in the national security sector.

Admiral Green's thirty-plus years in the Navy shaped his leadership approach, further enriched by his experience as a senior corporate executive. He believes in "Mission First, People Always," grounded in integrity, innovation, and appreciation for individuals’ strengths.

Throughout his military career, he commanded warships and an aircraft carrier battle group, and he later led IBM's defense and intelligence business before founding his own professional services firm.
