Pay It Forward:  Mentoring with GMI

GMI job skills can be used throughout a career and they are designed to create new opportunities.  The GMI mentorship program is also a valuable cultural and educational experience for mentors to learn and grow professionally and personally. 

Jon Browning (CEO & Board Chair of GMI) and Chad Fuller (COO of GMI) will share the GMI story and show how easy it is for mentors to make a major difference in the life of an underprivileged young person (domestic or international) by donating a mere 1 to 2 hours per week for 14 weeks.  IERG colleagues, Bill Tung and Kathleen Phillips will share their own GMI mentoring experiences, and share testimonials from their mentees, both of whom are in Rwanda.
