She has an international career spanning 25+ years in HR and Global talent management, across Europe and the US, holding leading roles in both higher /graduate education (INSEAD, Loyola University) and corporate (Alcan, Royal Packing Industries Van Leer). Betty is GPHR certified, actively serves as a volunteer career mentor to undergraduate business students and is a Board Member of IERG.

Doug Nieb, SPHR and SHRM - SCP certified HR Executive with more than 25 years of Human Resources experience in the energy, manufacturing, high tech, and distribution industries who is also a Certified Professional Coach. Doug is currently EVP HR for RES Americas Inc., leading their global HR function across the Americas, Europe, Asia and Australasia.

Zoltán Széni, Global Talent Executive, and currently People Leader and Head of HR EMEA for EPAM Systems. Prior to this Zoltán spent 20 years with EY where his last role was HR Director for Europe, Middle-East. India and Africa with responsibility for driving HR strategy execution and implementing global and EMEIA People programs and initiatives across geographies, functions and service lines.
