The California Chapter of IERG holds meetings every few weeks in different locations around the Los Angeles and Orange County areas (currently, LA Westside/Manhattan Beach, Irvine, Sherman Oaks, and Pasadena).  Typically, meetings consist of a presentation with an expert speaker, discussion, member self-introductions, and networking opportunities.  We encourage members to arrive early and leave late for more informal networking.  We try to vary the meeting times (lunch, breakfast, dinner, etc.) to make the schedule more convenient for members. 

The Chapter plans to hold meetings in San Diego County and Northern California (Silicon Valley, SFO/Bay Area in the future, and will consider additional venues as our membership grows,

In addition to the scheduled meetings, we encourage members to contact each other directly and meet informally to build relationships, network, and pursue common interests. 

IERG’s California Chapter has expanded rapidly over the last few years with new members and activities.  Recently, the chapter wax granted official Chapter status by IERG and renamed the IERG California Chapter to reflect its geographic reach.

The Chapter is actively seeking opportunities to partner with other organizations to hold joint meetings on topics of interest, and will kick-off this activity with joint program on China to be conducted with a local college. 

In addition, the Chapter has outreach efforts underway with discussions about holding joint meetings with other senior executive and international business organizations, involving reciprocal invitations and meeting attendance.

The Chapter is proud to have adopted a few “Orphans”, IERG members who do not live near an IERG Chapter. 

The Chapter welcomes all IERG members, potential IERG members, and guests at all meetings.
